Mithilfe dieser Arbeit sollen die Erfolgsfaktoren aus drei zentralen Kategorien kritisch beleuchtet werden. Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit besteht aus vier Kapiteln. Zu Beginn erfolgt die Einleitung in das Thema. Diese führt gleichzeitig an die Problemstellung heran, welche die Grundlage für die Zielsetzung der Arbeit darstellt. Weiterhin wird ein Überblick über den Aufbau der Arbeit gegeben. Im Anschluss werden sowohl begriffliche als auch thematische Grundlagen behandelt. Zunächst werden die vier großen Entwicklungen und Megatrends vorgestellt, welche die Transformation der Arbeitswelt vorantreiben. Dazu zählt in erster Linie der demografische Wandel, der Wertewandel, die Globalisierung und die Digitalisierung. Darauf aufbauend wird der Begriff New Work als neues Verständnis von Arbeit vorgestellt. Es gilt, New Work sowohl in der ursprünglichen Theorie nach Frithjof Bergmann als auch in der gegenwärtigen Interpretation darzulegen. Zusammenfassend gelten diese Kapitel als begriffliche und thematische Grundlagen. Im dritten Abschnitt folgen die thematischen Zusammenhänge, indem ausgewählte New-Work-Konzepte vorgestellt und kritisch beleuchtet werden. Im Zentrum stehen Arbeitskonzepte aus den Kategorien: Flexibilisierung, Agilität und New Leadership.
