Dabei sind es nicht nur die Wirtschaftswissenschaftler, son-dern auch Soziologen, Pädagogen, Kulturwissenschaftler. In der Praxis werden diese noch ergänzt durch Sozialarbeiter, Lehrer, Mediatoren, Kommunikationstrainer, Personalberater oder Personalleiter, um nur einige zu nennen.
