Este trabajo analiza la relación entre la responsabilidad social corporativa y la ventaja competitiva y las estrategias comerciales de empresas, tratando de anteponer el concepto de responsabilidad social corporativa y su modelo estratégico de evolución y exponer más sistemáticamente el proceso de gestión de la responsabilidad social corporativa estratégica con el fin de lograr que la integración orgánica de la estrategia de responsabilidad social corporativa y la estrategia de desarrollo corporativo sea la dirección futura de la gestión empresarial.
