Book excerpt: This study assesses the influence of leadership styles on employees' job satisfaction in Notre Dame Girls Senior High School Sunyani-Fiapre.The study used a non-intervention descriptive study. Literature is reviewed in line with the research questions and objectives. A simple random sampling method was used in selecting 40 respondents. Questionnaire (open ended) was used to collect data. Stata 11.0 was used to analyze data. The respondents that took part in the study comprised predominantly males (63%) other than females (37%). most of the participant's form part of the youthful population, 26-35 years implying the number of employees that are likely to leave the organization as a result of retirement is low. Again, a majority of the respondents are permanent workers representing 55% and 45% representing temporal workers. That means 45% are not likely to have fixed duration of work. General arts department has the biggest workforce indicting that most of the employees comes from the arts department. With our study on the three leadership styles namely; transformational. Transactional. Valued-based leadership. It was revealed that the leadership of Notre Dame Girls Senior High uses transactional leadership styles and it has a positive relationship with job satisfaction. It also reviews that employees will be more satisfied in their job if transformational leadership style is use by management.The study concludes that the current leadership practices use in the institution is transactional leadership style but all the three leadership style has a positive relationship with job satisfaction. And the employees of Notre- dame girls senior high school accept the current leadership style being use by the leadership although the impact of transformational leadership will result in massive job satisfaction.

The monograph introduces and empirically verifies various models explaining the mechanisms, through which fake leadership negatively influences job performance of employees and organizational reliability based on intraorganizational trust and positive job-related attitudes (work motivation, job satisfaction, work engagement, organizational commitment), as well as negative job-related attitudes (work disengagement, job dissatisfaction, work demotivation), tend to hide errors, which is coupled with the number of management and employees’ errors. This research used attributes and aspects of four leadership styles - autocratic, democratic, transactional and transformational as a base to determine the manager leadership styles. The research project used a qualitative approach to explore the managers' leadership style of hotels in Yangon, Myanmar and, its effect on the employees' job statisfaction. The study has the following objectives: to analyze the impact of participative and empowering styles of leadership qualities on frontline ECSQ; to assess the relationship among employees' attributes and to analyze the mediating role of participative and empowering leadership styles on MCSQ and the employees' role clarity; to assess the mediating role of participative and empowering leadership styles on commitment to service quality by management and the employees' shared customer oriented values and to access the mediating role of participative and empowering leadership styles on MCSQ and the employees' job satisfaction.Based on the objectives fourteen hypotheses have been framed to test the significance of the influence of the leadership styles with employees' job satisfaction, role clarity and shared customer oriented values. Two sets of questionnaires based on standard scales were used in the study, one for managers of the hotels and other for the front line employees of the hotel. Boot strapping was performed to obtain the statistical significance of path coefficients using a t-test. The indirect and total effects were measured using Smart PLS. Sobels's test was performed for mediation analysis. The findings of the research are (i) participative leadership style is found to be the more suitable style of leadership for Hotel managers since it has significant influence of employees attributes of satisfaction in job, clarity in role shared values. Besides the other findings are also presented.
