People who tend to frown against the idea are seen as taking undue advantage of civilization and modernization. They therefore insist that a virtuous woman must remain bound by the societal stereotypes which have been for a very long time. However, a careful explanation of the scriptures in Proverbs 31 will reveal to us how those stereotypes do not have a standing with the word of God and according to the scriptures virtuous womanhood transcends greatly domestic responsibility. There have been a lot of wonderful books written about the virtuous woman and virtuous womanhood, however not many of them have set out to address the issue of stereotypes and traditional virtues unnecessarily required for the woman to be seen as a virtuous woman. This gap is what this book seeks to address, not just another book adding to the lots of material on virtuous womanhood.
