Advancement in education through information and communication technology have opened new ways of learning for the youth, women, deprived classes and adults. So,it is high time to spread awareness about use of ICT based components and techniques. Changing educational practices with Information and Communication Technology is a fresh conception in Bangladesh. The National Education Policy-2010 suggests increasing the use of ICT as a teaching-learning tool. Unless education is set with the bias for scientific enquiry our capacity to develop science and technology, man power and infrastructure will remain low. The paper suggests the importance of scientific and ICT based components and techniques' use in teaching-learning process than the traditional methods of classroom teaching. It also includes ICT policies and integration of ICT in education in Bangladesh.
