Einstein and others proved that space and time are relativistic and that the speed of light bounds our spacetime. In this book, I have emphasized the First and Second Laws of Thermodynamics and the role that they play in defining our universe. Yet according to Gödel's Incompleteness Theorem, our laws remain incomplete. We have defined the relationships between energy and entropy, but we have not defined the process from which order is achieved from disorder or the hidden consciousness that seems to permeate the Cosmos. As we continue to revolve around a mediocre star, we wonder if we are the only cynosures of God's eye, or if there are other worlds among us. Furthermore, as the world becomes more cosmopolitan, we must understand and appreciate our common heritage.
