Esta guía es el resultado del trabajo sindical en el que aportamos elementos para analizar cuáles son las causas de la discriminación de género, herramientas para erradicarlas, propuestas sindicales para lograr una igualdad real y efectiva, buenas prácticas y reflexiones para un cambio de modelo económico más justo, equitativo, solidario y sostenible.
