It is also very true and it is more than proven that you can read a thousand books of motivation or help, listen to hours and hours of conferences and advice from all kinds of experts in the subject, but if you do not have the will and the desire to start changing , be assured that you will stay the same as these, if you do not want to help yourself I promise that no one will do it for you.
