In the beginning was the Holy Trinity... There has always been love – passionate love among the three Persons of the Godhead – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. There is nothing love wants more than to confer that love on someone else. God is also a God of order. The universe – the multitude of galaxies – does not fly off into space. God has set them in orbits – gravitational pull.

One can get at an answer by asking, How does the Book of Revelation compare with contemporaneous Jewish apocalypses? God's Timetable unlocks the hitherto unseen Jewish background to the Apocalypse based on the seven weeks leading up to Pentecost, the Harvest Feast. The meaning of Revelation suddenly becomes clearer. Stramara situates the Book of Revelation in its original context as a prophetic work regarding the end of the world, the final harvest, and Jesus as the fulfillment of expectations.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the Hebrew language, the word "feasts" literally means "appointed times." God appointed Seven Feasts for the Hebrew people to celebrate and to remember until the end of time. Through those Seven Feasts, God not only spoke directly of his plan for mankind, but he also gave us some beautiful historical - and future - pictures of his plan of redemption and provision embedded within the precepts of the ancient Mosaic Law. As we look at each of these Seven Feasts, we should not only be amazed and astonished at God's consistency and perfection in all that he does; but we should also realize that each event prophesied in the Seven Feasts has, thus far, unfolded perfectly and will continue to do so in the time to come. The first Four Feasts were fulfilled in the days of Christ and the Early Church; but the last three await God's perfect timing for their fulfillment in the End Time.

Book excerpt: God delivered the children of Israel from bondage and their future was prophesied in the Bible. This book is one of the best writings of ten books already published, and it deals with the Seven Feasts of the LORD. There are seven feasts, also called the Divine Appointments, recorded in Leviticus Chapter 23 and they are: (1) THE FEAST OF PASSOVER (2) THE FEAST OF UNLEAVENED BREAD (3) THE FEEAST OF FIRST-FRUITS (4) THE FEAST OF PENTECOST (5) THE FEAST OF TRUMPETS (6) THE FEAST OF DAY OF ATONEMENT, AND (7) THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES These feasts, which are divine appointments, are an overview of God's plan for mankind and cover the plan of salvation to eternity. The Old Testament details are shadows and types that were fulfilled in the New Testament as Substance and Anti-types. The Law was fulfilled by Lord Jesus Christ.

Book excerpt: When God liberated Israel from Egyptian slavery, He gave them 10 commandments by which to live at Mt. Sinai. He also gave the people 7 Holy Feasts to observe each year to commemorate and remember how He rescued them from servitude and persecution. These were called the 7 Feasts of Israel. Four were in the Spring and three were in the Fall. In the Old Testament, prophets wrote of a Jewish Messiah who would someday be sent from God to atone for their sins permanently. Unknown to Israel and the Jews was that this redeemer was none other than Jesus Christ. The 7 Feasts were given for two reasons: The first was to commemorate the deliverance of Israel from Egyptian bondage and slavery. The second was to prophesy of 7 events which will herald the first and second coming of Jesus Christ. The prophetic aspects of the first four Feasts were completely fulfilled at the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The last three will be fulfilled as the 70th week of Daniel and the current Church Age come to a close. Each feast was called a Moed, which is Hebrew for set time or an appointed time. The 7 Feasts collectively provide a blueprint for the 1st and 2nd comings of Jesus Christ. Both the Historical and Prophetic aspects of each feast will be presented, along with the Jewish and Christian meanings of each feast.
