Book excerpt: Author Jack King's prayer is this book will help even the newest member of the body of Christ to understand more in depth how God has arranged the Bible. God laid out the Bible so when studied, its supernatural qualities show no human could have done what the Bible says God has done. Learning how God has laid out the Bible, it started with a period of innocence, then with a time of conscience after they were cast out of the Garden of Eden, then a time of family with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, then their was a time of law when God gave Moses the Ten Commandments. Then came the time period of grace, which has lasted to this day. The next time period will be the 1000-year reign (the millennial reign), followed by eternity. Numbers in the Bible are God's spiritual arithmetic. God used numbers to build the foundation of the Bible.

Book excerpt: This book, presenting the mathematical structure of the Bible, was given by inspiration of the Holy Ghost, the Author is the Alpha & the Omega. His name is Yeshua, Salvation, Jesus Christ by Which all things were created; He is the Father, Son & Holy Ghost. The Author brings for the Word of God so really that the truth comes to revelation & leads one to know that the Spirit cannot be seen, but Jesus Christ is the Spirit. The Living Word of God becomes alive & reveals Himself as Spirit & Truth & shall come again in Glory. Words can be changed & given private interpretation, but numbers remain the same in all languages & dialects. The Author did not put all of His Word into this book, but enough of it to convince the reader that THE ARITHMETIC OF GOD will bring on a unity of the faith which is Spirit & Truth. This is not some commentary of the Word of God, but is infallible proof that men of God, written with the mind of Jehovah. The scribe who penned this book has only written what the audible voice of God revealed to him, no more & no less. What God reveals to you by this revelation will be the knowledge & wisdom of God Jehovah, Jesus Christ, it will not be of man. Book excerpt: This illuminating history explores the complex relationship between mathematics, religious belief, and Victorian culture. Throughout history, application rather than abstraction has been the prominent driving force in mathematics. From the compass and sextant to partial differential equations, mathematical advances were spurred by the desire for better navigation tools, weaponry, and construction methods. But the religious upheaval in Victorian England and the fledgling United States opened the way for the rediscovery of pure mathematics, a tradition rooted in Ancient Greece. In Equations from God, Daniel J. Cohen captures the origins of the rebirth of abstract mathematics in the intellectual quest to rise above common existence and touch the mind of the deity. Using an array of published and private sources, Cohen shows how philosophers and mathematicians seized upon the beautiful simplicity inherent in mathematical laws to reconnect with the divine and traces the route by which the divinely inspired mathematics of the Victorian era begot later secular philosophies.

Book excerpt: In this book, I am going to bring to you the revelation of the Holy Numbers of GOD; a revelation which I have received from the LORD JESUS CHRIST through the power of the HOLY SPIRIT for HIS GLORY. The LORD wants them to be known by all those who seek to know HIM through HIS WORD in power; because I believe that numbers have a lot to do with the power and understanding of the WORD OF GOD. The HOLY SPIRIT told me that it would open up the revelation of truth of the Scriptures, and yes, I believe it to be very, very important! The Scriptures reveal GOD to be a GOD of numbers; and the Psalmist said of the LORD, -HE counts the number of the stars; and HE calls them all by name.- That's Psalm 147 verse 4. The modern telescopes show that there are millions of stars reaching out into space and so infinite that men do not have numerical figures sufficient to measure their distances. Yet the WORD OF GOD tells us the number of these stars and -HE calls them all by name.- Job said, -For now YOU number my step...- You'll find that in Job 14 verse 16. If it were so in the case of Job, is it not so in the case of all people? When we think of all the steps taken by all the men who ever lived and then realize that GOD numbered them all, then we can better understand the words of the Psalmist when he said, -Great is our LORD, and might in power; HIS understanding is infinite.- That's Psalm 147 verse 5. Again Job said, -Since his days are determined, the number of his months is with YOU...- That's found in Job 14 verse 5. Jesus said that not a sparrow could fall to the ground without the FATHER's notice and that the very hairs of the heads of HIS people are all numbered. That's found in Matthew 10 verses 29-30. And when we think of all of the many sparrows that have fallen to the earth and the countless billions of hairs that have been on the heads of people since the beginning of time and how the number of hairs on different heads are changing from day to day then we can indeed say, -Hallelujah, how our GOD is a GOD of numbers and that HIS knowledge is truly infinite!- Jesus said, concerning the law, -Till Heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.- That's in Matthew 5 verse 18, and every word and every letter in the WORD OF GOD was in HIS mind before a line of it was ever written; even the numbers within the WORD were known to HIM before they were penned. This will be seen as I go into the numbers with you in this book because indeed, our GOD is great and infinite in HIS understanding. There are many incidents in Scripture showing evidence of the numerical design of the HOLY NUMBERS OF GOD which run all through the bible; for instance, the distance around the Tabernacle was 300 cubits. -The length of the court shall be one hundred cubits, the width fifty throughout, and the height five cubits...- That's found in Exodus 27 verse 18. Now, the two long sides were 100 cubits each, the two ends were 50 cubits each. Two times 100 plus two time 50 equals 300 cubits. -You shall make an altar of acacia wood, five cubits long and five wide-the altar shall be square and its height shall be three cubits.- That's Exodus 27 verse 1. The product of the number connected with the altar is 300, the number of cubits around the Court. Five times five is 25, four times 25 is 100 and three times 100 is 300. On this altar within the Court the Priest offered the sacrifice. In I Chronicles 24 verses 1-19 there are found 24 divisions of the Priesthood. These are the divisions of the sons of Aaron, Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, but among the sons of Eleazar there were 16 chief men of the house of their fathers and eight among the sons of Ithamar; sixteen and eight make 24. When all the numbers from one to 24 are added the sum is 300, the number of cubits around the court; and Noah's ark was 300 cubits long; the distance around the Court of the Tabernacle.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Does God exist? This is probably the most debated question in the history of mankind. Scholars, scientists, and philosophers have spent their lifetimes trying to prove or disprove the existence of God, only to have their theories crucified by other scholars, scientists, and philosophers. Where the debate breaks down is in the ambiguities and colloquialisms of language. But, by using a universal, unambiguous language—namely, mathematics—can this question finally be answered definitively? That’s what Dr. Stephen Unwin attempts to do in this riveting, accessible, and witty book, The Probability of God. At its core, this groundbreaking book reveals how a math equation developed more than 200 years ago by noted European philosopher Thomas Bayes can be used to calculate the probability that God exists. The equation itself is much more complicated than a simple coin toss (heads, He’s up there running the show; tails, He’s not). Yet Dr. Unwin writes with a clarity that makes his mathematical proof easy for even the nonmathematician to understand and a verve that makes his book a delight to read. Leading you carefully through each step in his argument, he demonstrates in the end that God does indeed exist. Whether you’re a devout believer and agree with Dr. Unwin’s proof or are unsure about all things divine, you will find this provocative book enlightening and engaging. “One of the most innovative works [in the science and religion movement] is The Probability of God...An entertaining exercise in thinking.”—Michael Shermer, Scientific American “Unwin’s book [is] peppered with wry, self-deprecating humor that makes the scientific discussions more accessible...Spiritually inspiring.”--Chicago Sun Times “A pleasantly breezy account of some complicated matters well worth learning about.”--Philadelphia Inquirer “One of the best things about the book is its humor.”--Cleveland Plain Dealer “In a book that is surprisingly lighthearted and funny, Unwin manages to pack in a lot of facts about science and philosophy.”--Salt Lake Tribune

The Holy Spirit was the One sole Writer Of the Word of God from beginning to end, though many human pens were used in the actual transcribing Of it. Book excerpt: What does Christianity have to do with the study of mathematics? Prolific writer and scholar Vern Poythress offers a startling answer to this perplexing question: everything. This groundbreaking book argues that the harmony of abstract mathematical truths, the physical world of things, and the personal world of our thinking depends on the existence of the Christian God. With advanced degrees in mathematics and New Testament studies, Poythress shows that these distinct “perspectives” on mathematics cohere because all three find their origin in God’s consistent character and nature. Whether it’s simple addition and subtraction or more complex mathematical concepts such as set theory and the nature of infinity, this comprehensive book lays a theistic foundation for all mathematical inquiry.

Book excerpt: The book One Simple Equation will take the reader on an inventive journey exploring Christian faith by introducing a revolutionary mathematical equation. An equation that helped the author, a devout atheist for forty-two years, discover and understand with complete clarity the truth of the Gospel and the power of God’s love. After coming to the realization that some of the greatest most promising theories in modern science share the same narrative as the Biblical description of creation, God placed on author David Heizer’s heart an equation that would ultimately bring him to Jesus Christ. The equation ?F=TL?^3 is a simple expression of Christian faith. It is of profound importance that this book is rooted in God’s love and His greatest expression of that love, Jesus Christ. The reader will learn why a mathematical expression of Christian faith illustrates our belief in God and Christ as our saviour so concisely. All people understand Mathematics making it a universal language understood by all regardless of race, nationality, ethnicity or language. 1+1=2 is the same for all human beings. Math is also the language of God as all things in the universe, God’s creation, can be expressed mathematically from the swirling motion of the planets and stars and the human genome to the computer programs and phone apps we use every day. This fascinating equation will reveal to the reader Biblical truth and understanding. Inspired by Einstein’s theory of relativity and God himself the equation is broken down into three simple terms: F representing Faith, what we are solving for. T representing Trust which is a variable that changes from one day to the next, and L representing God’s Love a steadfast never changing never failing constant we can all rely on. Raising God’s love to the power of three represents the Trinity, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The more Trust we apply to God’s love, the greater our faith becomes. Read the testimonies of people getting through life’s most difficult challenges by placing their trust in God’s love. The reader will then be taken through a series of chapters that replace the constant love of God with other idolatrous terms such as money, material possessions, addictions and the self and how these temporary corruptible terms fail at producing a sound faith on which to build life giving principles. This one simple equation unlocks the meaning of life and answers one of the most difficult questions facing Christians today, “How can a loving God allow bad things to happen to good people?” This simple yet profound illustration of our faith reveals all this and much more.
