Download or read book Ge. Organogermanium Compounds written by Frank Glocking and published by Springer. This book was released on 1989-12-22 with total page 518 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The significance of organometallic chemistry has constantly increased during the second half of this century. The Gmelin Institute recognizes this fact in publishing an entire series on organometallic compounds, listed in the Complete Catalog. Within this series the description of the organogermanium compounds has started, of which already two volumes have been published. The present third volume in the organogermanium series describes the remainder of GeR3R' compounds, all other types of tetraorganogermanium compounds, from GeR2R'2 to GeRR'R"R"', germacyclic compounds of various ring sizes, including spiro compounds, and compounds with low-coordinate germanium atoms such as GeR3 radicals, germylenes, and germanocenes. The volume concludes with an empirical formula index.

Download or read book Dinuclear Compounds Containing Only Tin-Carbon Bonds: R3Sn-G-SnR3 with Various Organic G Units and R = Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, and Alkenyl written by Herbert Schumann and published by Springer. This book was released on 1996 with total page 314 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Volume 24 begins with the description of compounds containing more than one organotin unit. It deals with a portion of R3Sn-G-SnR3 compounds with six identical R groups and a large variety of organic G units bonded to both tin atoms exclusively via carbon atoms. Many of these compounds have been used as a synthesis aid for particular organic systems, organic derivatives of other main group elements or transition metals, and some types of polymers.

Book Synopsis Aliphatic and Aromatic Compounds of Nitrogen (continued). Formula Index for Suppl. Vol. 5 and 6 by : Alois Haas
Download or read book Aliphatic and Aromatic Compounds of Nitrogen (continued). Formula Index for Suppl. Vol. 5 and 6 written by Alois Haas and published by Springer. This book was released on 1991-10-28 with total page 283 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Gmelin Handbook of Inorganic and Organometallic Chemistry, presently comprising over 600 volumes, is the most comprehensive collection of chemical and physical data of the elements and their compounds in the world. It is Gmelin's first aim to assemble and systematically classify the research findings scattered throughout the innumerable publications of the international primary literature. This vast amount of information is classified on the basis of the chemical elements, which in itself contributes to "user friendliness". A survey of the contents of the Handbook is given in the Complete Catalog (published every second year, with supplements in between), which can, thus, be very helpful when beginning a search. Access to a specific compound becomes even easier through consultation of the Formula Index volumes. For over three years the Gmelin Formula Index (plus the Complete Catalog entries) has been available as an online database, GFI, from STN. Online searches provide for a most comfortable and fast access to the Handbook. GFI is the first constituent of the complete Gmelin database presently under development. Subscribers to the Handbook are entitled to a 50 % discount when searching GFI online.

Download or read book Mononuclear Compounds II written by Ulrike Lanzendörfer and published by Springer. This book was released on 1989-04-24 with total page 474 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The significance of organometallic chemistry has constantly increased during the second half of this century. The Gmelin Institute recognizes this fact in publishing an entire series on organometallic compounds. This series has now started with the description of the organorhenium compounds. This volume is the second of a series of volumes dealing with organorhenium compounds. It continues the description of mononuclear organorhenium carbonyls with five and six CO groups, followed by the description of isonitrile compounds. Compounds containing CO groups and isonitrile ligands are covered in the section on isonitrile compounds. The volume continues with the description of mononuclear organorhenium compounds containing 2L, 3L, and 4L ligands (nL is an organic ligand bonded by n C atoms to rhenium). Compounds containing both a CO group or an isonitrile ligand and an nL ligand are described in the section concerning the nL ligand. The volume covers the literature completely up to the end of 1987. An empirical formula index and a ligand formula index provide ready access to the compounds covered.
