Book excerpt: Once baptized, the Christian has a serious and continuous fight on his hands against the world, the flesh, and the Devil. Each of these opponents represents a formidable obstacle to true spiritual growth and overcoming. If personified, they would be strong and crafty enemies determined to bar us from the Kingdom of God by either derailing or stopping entirely any growth in our relationship with God. The most formidable and ever-present obstacle hindering progress toward the Kingdom of God is the flesh; human nature, that remains following baptism. It is the major component of the cross we must bear while following Christ (Matthew 16:24; Luke 9:23). In Romans 8:7, Paul plainly states, "The carnal mind is enmity against God, for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be." It is always with us, yet we must fight it to overcome its constant drag on progress toward conforming to the image of Jesus Christ. Paul describes in vivid terms the attitude in which we must fight it. He tells us that the flesh must be "crucified" and "put to death." Our attitude is to be like that of a soldier under orders to take no prisoners. Did not God order the Israelites to do similarly when invading the Promised Land? They were to rid it completely of its original inhabitants, a command that they, of course, did not obey. Just as God predicted, as the Israelites became comfortable living among the land's original inhabitants, they became attracted to their gods and practices, snares that drew them into sin. We will examine Israel's responsibility to God as the people left Mount Sinai after agreeing to the Old Covenant and subsequent happenings as they proceeded through the wilderness. Their patterns and examples support the idea that God's way of life under the New Covenant involves the struggles of which Paul wrote.

You will learn how to put your faith in God and God alone-every minute of every day. For the average Christian in the United States, faith is not part of daily life. It is possible to live for months relying on credit cards, medical professionals, insurance, the government, etc., rather than placing faith in God. Rarely do we cast ourselves upon God in naked desperation. When faith is fully understood and properly developed, it assures great victories over the evil one and all of his forces. ...I say to you, "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you" (Matthew 17:20).The devoted purpose of this book is to arm you with faith that moves mountains-mountains of stress, disappointment, loneliness, burdens, and sadness. Faith ushers in peace and joy unspeakable!

It is about how discovering that God has always been there for him, even in the darkest episodes of his life, helped him overcome staggering obstacles so that he could step out of a period of total darkness and into God's magnificent light. It is a story of peace and forgiveness that I hope other people dealing with struggles could use to also move toward a healthier relationship with others and with God. It is a story of finding Jesus and developing a faith that helps me serve and love others as they go through times of difficulty.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Are we going to let the Lord have all the territory of our being in every way? It is not so easy as saying, "Yes!" It becomes a daily challenge (the fight). We never know how difficult it is to let the Lord have His way until He lights upon some pet opinion of our self-life. But that is the issue. When the Lord has gained His full way in all His own, as He will at the end, the manifestation of the sons of God will take place, and the whole problem will have been solved, the problem of this universe. What is the faith? The faith is this, that Jesus is the Son of God. But that is something more than a personal, objective relationship. That is a spiritual reality which has to come into expression through Him in the Church, in His members as representing the heavenly seed, coming to the fullness of Christ; which being accomplished, is to supplant and oust all this other seed which Satan has introduced into God's universe. That is the faith. The faith comes down to this, namely, what we are spiritually in God's universe. That is the faith. Oh, the conflict is there, and the fight of the faith comes right in amongst Paul and Peter in principle. That is a terrible thing. The fight of the faith! Oh, you would never find Paul and Peter fighting one another over the deity of Christ. You would never find them in conflict over any of these fundamentals of Christianity; the inspiration of the Scriptures, the Person of the Lord Jesus, the coming again. Oh no. You would find them absolutely one on all those matters, however many they were. But here, strangely, we find Peter and Paul in conflict, one having to withstand the other to the face, and it is the faith which is involved.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Truth is ever to be found in simplicity and not in multiplicity and confusion of things. I have just three things to teach or say: to the contemporary Humans that simplicity, Patience and compassion are the three building blocks of humanity. Simplicity and humanity are the ultimate sophistications of human civilization. They are the essence of happiness since great acts are made up of small deeds. All I have is a sense of duty toward all people and attachment to those with whom I have become intimate. Thus the next evolutionary step for me that mankind is to be more from man to kind. Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s need not everyman’s greed. Hence I have taken up writing books to mould other beings to be humans not as savage since we Hominids were savage in early stage and now it is high time to turn out ourselves into humans. Simplicity, which is the essence of happiness, is great act of humans for doing small deeds. Right from retirement as an Audit Officer from the Office of the Principal Accountant General Audit Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad, on 01-07-2003, I studied LL.B, at the evening age of 60 to 69 years while writing certain controversial books like (i)“ Human Life-A Philosophical Audit, (ii) We Think Therefore We Are”, (iii)“My Mind is My Mosque” (iv)“ Tears of Terrorism” (v) “After all Whose Life is It any Way?”( a book on Euthanasia) (vi)“Know your India-Open a new Page for writing Nationalism” (for India’s Nationalism) (vii) Paradise Lost ( a real life story of a Jihadists killing his own mother in Syria for the sake of Blessing of Paradise by the Allah) (viii) “Spicy Trade” (How India was subjected to Invasion by Arabs, Europeans and finally tampered One India into Three viz. Pakistan, India and Bangladesh, (ix) “Father Turns Monster” ( real story relating to a father to save his child by killing innocent peoples and plucked their organs like Lungs and Heart and used for Transplantation and replacement of his sons Lungs and Heart”) (x) “Tridevi Trident” (story relating to three sisters killing their father who became Psycho in raping the children including themselves and this is also a real story). I normally portray in a books only facts not fiction, poetry and no fairy tails. My aim is let the decide what is fact and what fiction and develop his personality accordingly since what ever that feels, perceives, desires expressions and emotions are all the offshoots of the Brain. The meaning of life is to take birth, to grow, to feed, to develop energy, procreate children and finally to die and merge into the womb of Earth as a piece of nuclei. That is it! Hence I did not show craze for the monetary returns but only to show the people how the realm of our Society is inflamed with monetary gains. This my story in short.

Book excerpt: Fighting In Faith is written with two primary objectives. First, this book demonstrates how to utilize the Holy Bible to teach God's eternal truths about how Satan and his demons operate in our daily lives - whether we believe it or not. Second, this book provides very practical means by which to both activate and operate our faith in God to engage and completely conquer demonic forces through Bible-based Spiritual Warfare. There are many great books on Spiritual Warfare, Healing and Deliverance Ministry, putting on the armor of God and how to recognize demonic activity in our daily lives. However, there are few that concentrate on intensely practical and Bible-based strategic means to LEARN and IMMEDIATELY APPLY in safe and successful Healing and Deliverance Ministry. Unfortunately, there are very few books that not only teach practical application strategies but also include actual testimonies from those who have been miraculously healed, delivered and otherwise touched by God. Who Should Read This Book? Fighting in Faith is for Healing and Deliverance practitioners, Evangelists, Pastors and Christians who want to be bold or even bolder in their faith. Has God gifted you in "Power Ministry," including the performance of miracles? If so, this book is specifically written for you! If you have never operated in Power Ministry but believe God is guiding you to this area of ministry, this book is for you, too. However, if you are the type of person who simply likes to constantly learn biblical principles or new things about God but never motivated to put them into ACTIVE PRACTICE, then I can assure you that this book is NOT for you! Fighting In Faith is specifically written under the guidance of the Holy Spirit for those who earnestly desire to put feet to their faith by actively doing the Word of God as opposed to being "forgetful hearers" who only deceive themselves. God faithfully promises to bless each and every one ..". who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work." (James 1:25) Ask yourself right now: "Am I a doer of God's will, or am I a forgetful hearer?" As moved by the Holy Spirit of Christ Jesus, Fighting In Faith provides sound biblical instruction and hands-on practical strategies that have already been successful in conducting Spiritual Warfare, even under seemingly insurmountable circumstances. Deliverance Ministry is spiritual cleansing from the negative and soul-damning presence, power and influences of the world, the flesh and demonic spirits. Demons are disembodied, malevolent spirits specifically sent by Satan "to steal and to kill and to destroy" (John 10:10a) every good thing God has ordained for mankind. This is especially true with respect to eternal salvation of the soul. Mankind is locked in an eternal battle with a trifecta of an enemy the Holy Bible identifies as the "World," the "Flesh" and the "Devil." Deliverance Ministry is simply having an ever-present, Bible-based understanding that as we go about our normal lives at work, in vocational ministry or the marketplace, there will be opportunities to put the Word of God into active practice. This is often accomplished by laying hands on the sick for healing and casting out demons for deliverance from satanic or demonic powers or influences. Has God in some way stirred up your spirit to be interested in this very powerful ministry? One caveat: Everything in this book presupposes that you have FAITH (Belief + Trust) in Jesus, a desire to OBEY God regardless of what others think; have been filled with the Holy Spirit; and have already been delivered from Doubt, Fear, Pride and Unbelief. If you do not meet all of these qualifications, please do not try to perform anything written in this book until you have done so. Otherwise, you will be effectively playing with Hell Fire at the risk of your soul being eternally separated from God in the Lake of Fire!
