Book excerpt: Contexte : Les travaux concernant la fragilité, son repérage et sa prévention, que ce soit en service d'urgence, de gériatrie ou en médecine générale sont nombreux et ont pour but d'optimiser les prises en charges des personnes âgées. L'objectif de ce travail a été d'aborder cette problématique de santé publique sous un autre angle, celui de la robustesse et d'identifier s'il existait des facteurs prédictifs de robustesse chez les personnes âgées après un passage aux urgences. Matériel et Méthodes : Etude monocentrique, prospective, observationnelle et descriptive, réalisée dans le service d'accueil des urgences de l'hôpital Saint Vincent de Paul à Lille de mars 2021 à août 2021. Une période d'inclusion s'étendant du 10 mars au 15 mai 2021 nous a permis de sélectionner 110 dossiers parmi 258 patients de plus de 75 ans ; une période de rappel des patients à 3 mois de leur inclusion, s'étendant du 10 juin au 15 août a permis d'analyser la robustesse définie selon nos critères de jugement pour 96 dossiers. Résultats : Sur 96 dossiers analysés, il y avait 46 patients robustes contre 50 non robustes. Nous n'avons pas retrouvé de critère prédictif de cette robustesse telle que nous l'avions définie (p > 0.05) parmi les facteurs évalués (mode de vie, fréquences cardiaques minimales et maximales, albuminémie, score TRST modifié, évaluation subjective du sommeil). Paradoxalement, les personnes ayant une moins bonne évaluation de leur sommeil semblaient plus robustes (p
