Est-ce que les garanties proposées par cette certification peuvent intéresser les collectivités territoriales pour l'approvisionnement alimentaire en restauration collective ? Pour ce faire, nous avons analysé deux territoires d'étude, afin d'identifier les exigences et les garanties attendues par les collectivités pour l'approvisionnement de la restauration collective au travers de l'étude des marchés publics et d'entretiens semi-directifs.
