Book excerpt: Ce travail s’insère dans un plan global d’étude du Centre d’ Etude et de recherche de la Machine-Outils, portant sur la commande de machine-outils à hautes performances, comme complément à l’analyse des chaînes climatiques et parallèlement à l ‘étude de nouveaux algorithmes de régulation de position. Nous proposons une méthode de choix des composants d’une chaîne d’avance et de détermination des grandeurs de réglage d’un asservissement classique associé. L’analyse du comportement d’un axe nous permet de mettre en évidence différentes contraintes sur les lois de commande. Dans une deuxièmes partie, nous étudions des algorithmes de génération d epoints appartenant à des trajectoires en respectant les contraintes précédentes. Nous définissons une trajectoire comme étant un contour auquel est associés une loi de vitesse, ce qui permet de séparer ces fonctions et d’en confier l’exécution à des processeurs spécialisés. Nous avons étudié la génération de points sur des contours analytiques et sur des contours définis par interpolations classiques ou par des courbes à forme libre (B-Spline, Bézier). L’étude d’un calculateur de commande numérique performant ouvert à des évolutions matérielles et logicielles constitue le troisième volet de cette étude. Le calculateur à architecture répartie, organisé autour d’un bus central standard, est doté d’une structure logicielle basée sur un système d’exploitation temps réel extensible.
