İslâm dünyasının en büyük ülkesini tanımak için gerekli olmasının yanısıra bambaşka bir kültür çerçevesi içinde İslâm zihniyeti açısından da Türk insanına öğreteceği çok önemli verilerin bulunduğu bir alandır: Endonezce. 30 yılda “Japonca-Endonezce Sözlük” yazan “Kenji Matsuura” kadar olmasa da 7 yıldır biriktirmekte olduğumuz deneyimler üzerine katarak Endonezce çalışmalarına devam edeceğiz. Birinci baskısını 2011’de Samsun’da başlayıp 2012’de Cava Adası, (pulau) Batı Cava İli, (propinsi) Bogor İlçesi, (kabupaten) Parung kasabası, (kecamatan) Waru Jaya Köyü (desa) Cidokom mezrasında (dusun) bitirdiğimiz çalışmanın ikinci baskısını Samsun’da 2016 Kasım’da başlayıp 2017 Ocak’ta bitirdik. İkinci bölümde günlük konuşmaları İngilizce ile birlikte vermeyi tercih ettik. Yer yer basit konuşmalardan çıkıp sözcüklerde derinleştik. Örneğin dengan ifadesi ile mabuk ifadesi örneklerinde görüldüğü gibi. Samsun ve İstanbul’da başladığımız çalışmalara Cava Adası’nda devam ettik. Endonezce ile ilgili çalışan başka birileri arayıp aynı konular değilde konuları bölüşerek daha verimli bir işbirliği ortamı aradık. Maalesef bulamadık. Bu işleri biz yapmadığımız müddetçe İngilizler, Almanlar yapmakta ondan sonra da hayranlık ve eziklik duygusu bir tarafa sömürülmemiz için de ellerine haklı bir gerekçe vermekteyiz. Endonezce kabie dillerinden katkı alarak zenginleşebilir. Milli bir uzlaşı alanı olabilir. Bunun için Endonezce konuşanların gelecekte ülkelerindeki tüm lisanları kayıt kuyudata geçirip öncelikle Endonezya’ya ve insanlığa katkı yapacaklarını umuyoruz. Gerek lisan gerekse sosyal konularda çalışırken din işi yapan sömürgen, kemirgen, hırsızlar ve haysiyetsizlerle karşılaştık. İnsanlara bu dünya ve öbür dünyalarını kurtarmayı anlattıktan sonra uyuşturmak için ellerinden gelen her şeyi yapan sorumsuz bir dünyanın cepleri dövizlerle dolu din ağalarıdır bunlar. Konu her ne kadar dilbilgisi alanı ile sınırlı değilse de Avrupalı sömürgenler ile bunlar arasında fazla bir fark olmadığını da yurt dışı tecrübemizde anladık. Bir küçük fark var: Her alanda karşımıza çıkan insan Avrupalı sömürgenlerin ülkeleri vardır. Bunların ise yoktur. Bu kadar fark dışında hiçbir farkları yoktur birbirlerinden. Din adına köle üretmekle meşgul olduklarından gerçeklere düşmandırlar. Bu kadar ağır ifadeler için okuyuculardan özür dilerken konuları en hafifinden izah edecek başka sözcükler de bulamadığımızı buraya kaydediyoruz. Saygılar ve okuyuculara selâmlar. Tekrarlar ister istemez oldu. O nedenle okuyuculardan özür diliyorum. Amacımız kasıtlı değil süreçte gelişmeler ve anlamda derinleşmeler olduğundan mecburen bu yola girmek zorunda kaldık. Özellikle çocuklara yönelik kavram eğitimi amaçlı metinleri bu esere ilâve ettik. Her zaman olduğu gibi bir lisanı salt lisan değil kültür ve zihniyetin gerçek aynası olarak gördük. Endonezceyi geleceği olan ve gelişecek bir lisan olarak görüyoruz. Endonez-Türk ailelerin iki ülkenin geleceği ve sağlam bir temele dayanan gerçek dostluk inşası için çocuklarının lisan eğitimine önem vermeleri gerektiğini ısrarla vurguluyoruz. Türkiye ayağını Gaziantep Belediyesi’nden Burçak Akyüz hanım ile Surabaya ayağını ise Tasya hanım kültürel değişim müfredatı adıyla koordine etti. Dersleri Surabaya’dan Ferry Tijy bey. Ankara saatiyle 1000 -1100 arasında verdi. Gaziantep Belediyesi Dış İlişkiler Dairesi tercümanı Sema Yakıcı hanım da İngilizce üzerinde dersleri aktardı. Bu yöntemin düşünmek için zaman kazanmaya faydası oldu. Sanırım ki öğrenciler arasında da kabul gördü. Her zamanolduğu gibi temel kaynağımız Endonezya Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’nın çıkardığı Büyük Endonezce Sözlük (KBBI; Kamus Bahasa Besar Indonesia) kitabının sanal ve derleme kayıtlarını esas aldık. Endonezya Büyükelçiliği (KBRI) denetimindeki Politeknik Negeri Malang (Polinema) öğretim üyesi Rizki Puri Ramadhani hanımın 26 Şubat- Mayıs 29 Mayıs 2023 arasında verdiği ders notlarıyla ile gönüllü olarak ders veren Ferry Tjjy beyin kurs notlarını birleştirip elinizdeki kitabı birinci kur için yazdık. Faydalı olacağını umuyoruz. 12 Haziran’da başlayıp 10 Temmuz 2023’te bitirdiğimiz bu kitap metnini 15 senede her iki ülkede biriktirdiğimiz resim ve notlara da dayandırdık. Yürekten istediğimiz her iki ülke arasındaki bilimsel çalışmaların artmasına vesile olacağını umuyoruz. Böylece Endonezce yanında yerel lisanlara da ilginin zamanla artacağını ummaktayız. Our study focuses to find out the impact of training and development on nurses’ and technical staffs’ performance and on their work motivation in secondary health care unit as there is scarcity of data related to secondary health care unit. Two hypotheses are analyzed by using convenient sampling technique.. Hypothesis is formulated and tested with different statistical tools in the study. Quantitative research is conducted through Questionnaire which was filled by the nursing and technical staff at Shamsi Hospital. Qualitative research was done by conducting interviews. For quantitative data analysis, I applied reliability, descriptive, linear regression and correlation coefficient through IBM SPSS21.while analyzing qualitative data, I followed transcribing, coding and categorizing steps. Results demonstrate the positive relationship between Independent variable (Training and development) and Dependent Variables (Employee Performance and Work Motivation. Besides the above findings I also found that reward system also affects the motivational level of employees.
