Anteproyecto de Ley General de navegación Marítima, que, con lagunas modificaciones, se está tramitando como Proyecto de Ley en las Cortes Generales, 19 de diciembre de 2008. En el desarrollo del trabajo se presenta esencial atención a las relación entre deber de salvamento y prevención, un asunto arduamente debatido para la doctrina.
