Im darauffolgendem Praxisteil wird konkret herausgearbeitet welches Konzept der Mitarbeitermotivation in einem Start-Up Unternehmen zur Verwendung kommt und inwiefern die im theoretischen Teil dargestellten Faktoren der Mitarbeitermotivation praktisch umgesetzt werden. Auf diese Weise sollen zuvor beschriebene theoretischen Grundlagen mit praxisbezogenen Untersuchungen verknüpft werden. Hierzu wird das Experteninterview als Forschungsmethode herangezogen. Innerhalb einer nachfolgenden Interpretation der Forschungsergebnisse sollen mögliche Problemstellungen erkannt, sowie Handlungsempfehlungen und Verbesserungsvorschläge für die Zukunft erarbeitet werden. In einem abschließenden Fazit werden die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse aus Theorie und Praxis in einem Resümee vereinigt und abgerundet.
