Foi sobre esse tema a minha tese de doutorado defendida na Faculdade de Direito da USP em 2010, e por tudo isso revolvi tratar da temática em um livro separado, sendo este um dos maiores e mais amplos livros sobre a temática no meio editorial brasileiro.
