Der Aufbau von PM-Kompetenzen muss daher als strategische Managementaufgabe gesehen werden, die auf allen Ebenen, vom Projektmitarbeiter ber das zentrale Controlling bis zum Top Management, ansetzt. Das Konzept der lernenden Organisation stellt hier eine M glichkeit dar, die Projektorganisation hinsichtlich ihrer Methoden und Standards kontinuierlich zu verbessern und geht ber die F rderung von einzelnen F higkeiten des Projektpersonals hinaus. Vor allem in Multiprojektmanagementorganisationen m ssen Erfahrungen und das Wissen auch in sp teren Projekten genutzt werden k nnen. Zielsetzung der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, die M glichkeiten des organisationalen Lernens in Projektorganisationen zu beleuchten und Vorgehensweisen des Modells der lernenden Organisation auf Projektorganisationen zu bertragen. Hierzu werden f rderliche Rahmenbedingungen f r organisationales Lernen in Projektstrukturen, die in den Unternehmen in unterschiedlichen Reifegraden bereits existieren bzw. durch Projektmanagement-Standards festgelegt sind, beschrieben. Abschlie end werden M glichkeiten zur Gestaltung einer lernenden Projektorganisation dargestellt.

Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt auf, dass sich durch die Implementierung solcher Projektstrukturen das Lernpotential eines Unternehmens deutlich steigern lässt. Projektarbeit wird dadurch zu einem wichtigen Instrument Lernender Organisationen. Begründet wird diese Auffassung damit, dass es den Mitarbeitern im Rahmen der Projektarbeit in besonders umfassender Weise ermöglicht wird, neues Wissen zu schaffen und es gleichzeitig an die Ebene der Organisation weiterzugeben. Anhand der Theorie der Wissensschaffung im Unternehmen (von Ikujiro Nonaka) werden die hierbei ablaufenden Prozesse und Rahmenbedingungen näher betrachtet. Alle Theorien und Prinzipien werden anhand der Case Study des Hoch- und Tiefbaus des Bauunternehmens Rhomberg Bau GmbH beschrieben. Mit der Wiedereinfährung des Projekthandbuchs wurde die individuelle Reflexion gefördert, in dem kritisch auf den Inhalt des Projekthandbuchs eingegangen wurde und Lessons Learned für zukünftige Projekte verwendet werden. Am Ende dieser Bachelorarbeit wird kritisch hinterfragt, ob Lernen auf die Art und Weise in ein projektorientiertes Unternehmen implementiert werden kann, wie in diesem Werk vorgeschlagen.

But it has also boasted a strong welfare state, affluence, liberalization and globalization, a successful democracy, and the longest period of peace in European history. A History of Twentieth-Century Germany provides a survey of German history during a century of extremes. Ulrich Herbert sees German history in the 20th century as determined by two contradictory perspectives. On one hand, there are the world wars and great catastrophes that divide the country's history into two parts-before and after 1945. Germany is the birthplace of radical ideologies of the left and right and the only country in which each ideology became the foundation of government. This pattern left its stamp on both the first and second halves of the century. On the other hand, the rise of modern industrial society led to decades of conflict over the social and political order regardless of which political system was in force. Considering these contradictory developments, Herbert tackles the questions of both the collapse in the first half of the century and the development from a post-fascist, ruined society to one of the most stable liberal democracies in the world in the latter half. Herbert's analysis brings together wars and terror, utopia and politics, capitalism and the welfare state, socialism and liberal democratic society, gender and generations, culture and lifestyles, European integration and globalization. The resulting book sets a standard by which historians of the period will be measured in the future.
