Book Synopsis Pequeno Diccionario de Las Palabras del Nuevo Testamento: Spanish Bible Dictionary by : Richard Pigeon
Download or read book Pequeno Diccionario de Las Palabras del Nuevo Testamento: Spanish Bible Dictionary written by Richard Pigeon and published by AMG Publishers. This book was released on 2015-03 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Pequeño Diccionario de las Palabras del Nuevo Testamento is a concise dictionary of selected words and all names of persons and places found in the New Testament. It comprises approximately 2,400 entries which include more than 3,000 definitions of English words and 2,600 definitions of Greek words. This work is a translation and an adaptation in Spanish of a book published by the same author, the Dictionnaire du Nouveau Testament, in 2008. Part I includes the common names most likely to be of interest and to raise questions when reading the New Testament. Part II includes all names of persons and places found in the New Testament. When the original meaning of the name is known, it is indicated in brackets beside the name. The Spanish term is accompanied in brackets by the Greek word (in italics). For each word or name defined, all biblical references are given, or a large number of them if they are too numerous. Part III is a lexicon of the Greek New Testament words, organized by Strong's number, defined by terms found in Parts I and II. Most common words and names of people and places found in the Pequeño Diccionario del Nuevo Testamento are those encountered in the Reina-Valera 1960 version of the Bible. Other usual terms found in other versions (such as Asamblea, Expiación, Gentiles) are cross-referenced to terms found in the Reina-Valera 1960 version.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Download or read book Called to Serve written by Roberto Tinoco and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2023-11-28 with total page 186 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: We have been called by God for the salvation of our souls, in order to live a life surrendered in worship of God; but also to have a productive life in all aspects. The child of God has been rescued from the world, transformed by God, and enabled to serve Christ, his church, and others. The Christian must dedicate his entire life to service. Therefore, serving must be one of the most beautiful obligations that the believer can develop in this world. When the child of God serves the Lord and other people, he can find purpose in his life and live with a satisfaction that lasts forever. Many Christians are consumers and not reproducers, that is, they continually need to be carried and supported since they have not grown enough to support themselves. So, we must ask ourselves, why does this happen? Why are many people in the local church inactive? Why do many Christians not know what to do with their lives? This book has been written with the purpose of helping the child of God know why he is here on earth, and how he can live a productive life in Christ. The objective of this book is to prepare and train children of God who have recently been baptized and who want to serve God, but do not know how or where to do so. Additionally, it tries to fill the need of those pastors who have new people who want to serve God. Therefore, this book can serve as material for the preparation of male and female servants for the work of God. Finally, the child of God will learn that his calling will be realized by serving in a local Church ministry.
