Tras analizar las cuestiones de fondo que motivan el cambio de era, Cubeiro describe todas las cuestiones fundamentales para triunfar en este nuevo período en el que se requiere un cambio de actitud, nuevos valores, aplicar otro enfoque en lo económico –más economía conductual y más bien común– y nuevas competencias laborales y profesionales. Y es que las reglas del juego han cambiado. O, en palabras de Marshall Goldsmith, reputado coach de Estados Unidos y homólogo de Cubeiro en España e Iberoamérica, “lo que te ha traído hasta aquí no te llevará de aquí en adelante”.
