La scelta di trattare come tema il gioco associato alla musica è nata principalmente da un interesse personale, soprattutto ripensando alla mia crescita. Intervistando dieci bambini della scuola dell'infanzia di Giubiasco, dopo aver svolto il gioco delle scatoline, in un primo momento senza musica e poi con la musica, si vuole vedere e verificare se già a livello di bambini della scuola dell'infanzia la musica può essere un elemento fondamentale e soprattutto se può aiutare i bambini a gestire meglio le proprie esperienze e le proprie emozioni. Grazie al mio progetto sono riuscito a scoprire che il gioco delle scatoline senza musica sviluppa la dimensione cognitiva, biologica ed espressiva, mentre quelle con la musica influenza lo stato emotivo e la dimensione relazionale dei bambini. Pure le abitudini in famiglia influenzano la scelta del bambini nella vita di tutti giorni. È stato davvero fondamentale la collaborazione con il docente Alejandro Arigoni per quanto riguarda il gioco motorio, con Giovanni Galfetti per la musica e Davide Antognazza per le emozioni.
