Dans une deuxieme partie, nous proposons une methode simple et rapide permettant l'estimation de la resistance et des inductances statoriques a l'arret. La combinaison de l'identification a l'arret et du capteur logiciel permet une bonne estimation de la position de la machine synchrone a aimants permanents sur une large plage de vitesse y compris les basses vitesses et a l'arret.
