Merril], da variedade Parana, foram cultivadas em casa-de-vegetacao, empregando quartzo moido regado com solucao nutritiva, com o objetivo de se estudar os niveis de K, Ca, e Mg no substrato, bem como, os teores de nutrientes absorvidos e verificar as exigencias nutricionais atraves do acumulo de materia seca e da analise dos teores dos nutrientes em questao. O delineamento experimental foi um fatorial 3 expoente 3, estudando-se o K, Ca e Mg nas concentracoes de 117 - 234 - 351 ppm de K; 100 - 200 - 300 ppm de Ca e 24 - 48 e 72 ppm de Mg. A colheita foi efetuada sessenta e dois dias apos o plantio. As plantas foram separadas em: folhas superiores, folhas inferiores e caules e os teores de N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, B, Fe, Mn e Zn foram determinados. Os resultados mostraram que: os tratamentos utilizados nao afetaram a altura das plantas e a massa de materia seca; o incremento na dose de K, Ca e Mg, aumentou a concentracao do elemento em questao, nas folhas superiores, inferiores e caules; o teor de Ca nas folhas superiores, nas folhas inferiores e no caule diminuiu com a elevacao das doses de K; o teor de Mg nas folhas superiores e no caule, decresceu com o aumento das doses de K; a elevacao das doses de Ca diminuiu o teor de Mg nas folhas superiores, inferiores e no caule; o acrescimo na dose K diminuiu as concentracoes de P, Ca, Mg, Mn e Zn nas folhas superiores, folhas inferiores e no caule; o acrescimo na dose Ca provocou diminuicao nas concentracoes de Mg e Mn, nas folhas superiores,

Utilizou-se como fonte de fósforo o superfostato simples nas doses de 0, 60, 120 e 180 de P2O5/ha e para o potássio o cloreto de potássio nas doses de 0, 90 e 180 kg/ha de k2O. O calcário foi utilizado nas doses de O e 2000 kg/ha. Houve efeito positivo das aplicações do fósforo sobre sua concentração e sobre o cálcio, nos três ensaios. A aplicação do potássio e calcário teve efeito positivo sobre a concentração de potássio e cálcio em dois e um ensaio, respectivamente.

Book excerpt: Estudou-se, na região norte do Espírito Santo, o efeito de níveis de NPK sobre a concentração foliar de nitrogênio, fósforo, potássio, cálcio e magnésio e sobre a produção de grãos de soja. Utilizou-se como fontes de nutrientes o sulfato de amônio, o superfosfato simples e o cloreto de potássio. As doses de nutrientes foram: 0, 40 e 80 kg/ha; 0, 80 e 160 kg de P2O5/ha e 0, 90 e 180 kg de K2O/ha. O maior efeito sobre a concentração do elemento na folha e sobre a produção foi causado pelo fósforo. A aplicação de nitrogênio também teve efeito sobre sua concentração na folha e sobre a produção de grãos, enquanto que o potássio não teve efeito. O nível crítico de fósforo nas folhas, para maior produção, foi de 0,338%.
