AACJC, ACCT, the League for Innovation in the Community College, NISOD, and the Phi Theta Kappa Society are described first, followed by descriptions of six organizations that serve both two- and four-year institutions. Part 3 describes the benefits of NL/SO's, provides guidelines for their use in human resource development, and offers conclusions and recommendations.
