In View of these facts it is thought that the cases in this branch of the course may be limited to the decisions of the Supreme Court of Iowa without creating in the minds of the students any false notions in regard to the value of the cases of other jurisdictions. This restriction has resulted in some sacrifice, because of the fact that the cases best adapted for class room work are not all to be found' in a single jurisdiction.
