Wie können die wirksamen Belastungsfaktoren im ASD verringert werden und welche entlastenden Faktoren stehen ihnen gegenüber? Aufgrund der aktuellen Corona-Krise soll zusätzlich beleuchtet werden, welche Auswirkungen Covid-19 auf die Arbeit im ASD hat. Diese Fragen sollen anhand einer qualitativen Forschung, im Rahmen von Experteninterviews, beantwortet werden. Einführend wird eine Darstellung des Tätigkeitsfeldes des Jugendamts und insbesondere des Aufbaus, der Zielgruppen sowie der Funktionen des ASD erfolgen. Im theoretischen Hauptkapitel folgt die Beschreibung einer Auswahl von möglichen Ansätzen der Burnout-Prävention. Der darauffolgende Teil beinhaltet die durchgeführte Forschungsmethodik. Das angewandte Erhebungsverfahren, das Forschungsziel sowie die Leitfadenkonstruktion werden beschrieben. Weitergehend werden das Sampling und die Durchführung der Empirie geschildert. Um die Nachvollziehbarkeit gewährleisten zu können, werden die Aufbereitungsmethode der Interviews und die Datenauswertung anhand der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse beschrieben. Daran schließen eine deskriptive Beschreibung, theoretische Rückbindung und eine Diskussion der Forschungsergebnisse an. Den Schluss der Arbeit bildet das Fazit mit der Zusammenfassung der wesentlichen Erkenntnisse und dem Ausblick auf einen möglichen zukünftigen Umgang mit der Arbeitsbelastung und der Durchführung der Burnout-Prävention im Tätigkeitsfeld des Sozialen Dienstes.

Bei dieser Flut an Informationen ist es schwer, an fachlich korrekte und relevante Auskünfte zu gelangen, da zeitgleich viele – nicht immer seriöse – Anbieter für Prävention und Therapie ihre Dienste anbieten. Trotz der inzwischen durch Studien belegte Einsparung an Kosten, die eine Prävention gegen Burnout erzielen würde, befassen sich nur wenige Unternehmen mit diesem Thema. Auch die Mitarbeiter selbst werden selten aktiv, um sich vor Burnout zu schützen. Burnout wird häufig noch als Schwäche, Versagen oder individuelle Fehlleistung angesehen, obwohl in der Forschung zunehmend akzeptiert wird, dass die Arbeitsbedingungen bei der Entstehung von Burnout eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Deshalb kommt Führungskräften in einem Unternehmen eine entscheidende Rolle zu. Sie sollten als erste Anzeichen bei ihren Mitarbeitern (und auch bei sich selbst) erkennen, und geeignete Maßnahmen ergreifen. Außerdem sind sie für die Arbeitsstruktur im Team zuständig, und können durch eine gut geplante, für alle Mitarbeiter nachvollziehbare Struktur schon Entlastung schaffen. Wichtig für eine erfolgreiche Prävention. Die Belastungen reduzieren und die Entlastung erhöhen. Gerade die Entlastungsfaktoren werden bei den Burnout-Tests meist nicht berücksichtigt, aber auch in den Ratgebern nicht besonders hervorgehoben. Bei der durchgeführten Studie wurde ein Schwerpunkt auf die Relevanz der Ergebnisse gelegt. Zum anderen wurde die Beziehung Belastungs- und Entlastungsfaktoren aufgezeigt. Mitarbeiter mit mehr Entlastungsfaktoren als Belastungsfaktoren hatten ein geringes Burnout-Risiko. Auch dann, wenn die genannte Anzahl an Belastungsfaktoren relativ hoch ist. Allein durch diesen Berechnung kann eine Gefährdung erkannt werden. Häufig könnte mit dem Wissen über die Ursachen von Burnout, sowie einer gezielten Prävention, erhebliche Kosten für das Unternehmen (Arbeitsausfall) und die Volkswirtschaft (Krankenkosten, Rente, usw.) eingespart werden. Ebenso stellt eine Prävention eine Verbesserung des Arbeitsumfeldes für die Mitarbeiter dar. Ein Ziel, das selbst in Zeiten von Einsparungsmaßnahmen im Interesse der Unternehmungsleitung liegen sollte.

Anna Kuliscioff (ca. 1854-1925) was a prominent figure in the revolutionary politics of her era, advocating for socialism and feminism. One of the founding members of the Italian Socialist Party, she actively contributed to the late-nineteenth-century flourishing of the Socialist International and the emergence of Italian socialism. For the last decades of her life, Kuliscioff's public militancy revolved around the "woman question." She viewed feminism through the lens of class struggle, addressing the double exploitation of women--in the workplace and at home. Kuliscioff fought a twofold battle: as a socialist, she unmasked the sexism of her colleagues; as a feminist, she criticized liberal-bourgeois feminism.
