Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Allergies Can Be Healed Allergies are on the rise worldwide. They are continuously adapting to environmental changes. Consequently, allergies manifest varied and sometimes unidentified symptoms. Dealing with bronchial asthma, hay fever or neurodermatitis often dramatically reduces a patient's quality of life. The success rate for chemical suppression or hyposensitization treatments is unsatisfactory. In addition, there are increased numbers of side effects and dangers. Using many years of well-documented, successfully treated case histories and his experience gained in private pediatric practice, the author is able to demonstrate that allergies can be healed completely when they are recognized as a biophysical phenomenon and treated according to the laws of biophysics. Based on the substantive concept of "bioresonance therapy," this book elaborates extensively and systematically on the foundation and practice of the biophysical "elimination" of allergies – that is to say, without chemicals or the stress resultant from side effects, particularly noted in pediatrics.

Book excerpt: ALLERGY RELIEF Using acupressure to help relieve minor allergy symptoms You are powerful. Did you know that by just tapping with your fingers on key points on the body you can cause positive health changes to occur? We have known about it for centuries. It is called acupressure. Acupressure is a simple ancient approach to health that may also help bring relief from minor allergy symptoms. Humans have known about the power of poking, pressing or tapping on key body points for relief from a variety of ills for a long time. Over 3,000 years ago the Chinese developed acupuncture using needles or suction and heat at particular combinations of body points to address illness. The Chinese had learned that through the 365+ body points they could access meridians, invisible pathways of energy through the body organ systems. But without needles positive changes could be achieved by simply pressing or tapping with hands and fingers using acupressure at these key body points. While Eastern medicine has benefited from knowledge of body energy and meridians for centuries, 20th century Western allopathic skepticism has discouraged its application in Europe and North America. However, in the late 1980s two German doctors began to experiment with the acupressure points. Jurgen Hennecke and Peter Schumacher were particularly interested in allergy relief. In his book The Biophysical Therapy of Allergies (1998) Schumacher describes his use of electrical energy at certain acupressure points to help relieve allergy symptoms. He credits his colleague Hennecke and American Kinesiologist Jim Scott with having identified the best combination of points to use. They used 16, 8 on each side of the body mirroring each other. When Schumacher applied a small electrical current to these particular points using a special 'frequency' machine he saw improvements in his patients with symptoms of allergy. The question is without such a machine or needles or special training is it possible for anyone just to tap with their fingers on these points to help relieve allergy symptoms? Yes! Allergy Relief: using acupressure to help relieve minor allergy symptoms offers a technique that may help through easy step-by-step illustrated instructions. Please keep in mind that this technique does not replace the advice or medicines of your doctor or health practitioner. It consists of supplementary educational information that may help bring relief -- and it is definitely worth a try. You may be amazed at what you can do! Book excerpt: With the bombarding of our bodies by thousands of environmental and consumer toxins every day, most of us have realized we need to incorporate cleansing and detoxification strategies in order to maintain health. In fact, numerous health disorders have now been attributed to synthetic and environmental toxins, including cancers, respiratory diseases, joint degeneration, digestive issues, skin issues, cognitive difficulties and so many other conditions. The question now is; how do we efficiently and effectively cleanse the overload of toxins from our bodies? Many recommend radical and difficult detoxification programs that can actually do more harm than good. These can stress our elimination systems and immune systems, and overwhelm us with toxemia. These “blitz” methods of cleansing can not only be unsafe: Most are also unsustainable due to their complexity, expense and regimented sacrifices. The author – a California Naturopath and board certified Alternative Medical Practitioner – offers us a completely different strategy – one that is not only safe, gentle and gradual – but sustainable throughout our lifetime. The Living Cleanse is a groundbreaking sustainable system that will stimulate our immune system to more efficiently break down and rid the body of toxins without over-stressing our bodies and minds – or require radical, difficult, expensive and possibly unsafe methods.

Why are so many people suffering from allergies and hay fever—medically called allergic rhinitis—and why is the condition affecting more of us each year? And what causes allergies and hay fever? And more importantly, how can we find allergy relief? What kinds of strategies can we employ for hay fever relief? What about natural hay fever medicines? Or natural allergy medicines? And can we do anything to reverse allergies and hay fever? Drawing from hundreds of studies and research papers and centuries of natural medicine remedy applications, the mysteries about allergies and hay fever are solved. Safe and proven natural strategies to reverse allergic rhinitis and its underlying issues are described in detail. These include inexpensive solutions that come with clinical evidence, along with applications that health professionals can employ in their practices. Whether health providers, allergy sufferers or their families, this text is a necessary reference for those wishing to solve the riddle of allergic rhinitis.
