Ces dispositions freinent ou facilitent-elles le transfert international de ces données ? Aussi, après deux consultations publiques, un projet de règlement européen en matière de protection des données personnelles a été adopté le 25 janvier 2012 afin de répondre aux défis technologiques du 21e siècle. Ces nouvelles dispositions sauront-elles répondre aux attentes des laboratoires pharmaceutiques afin de leur faciliter l'accès aux données personnelles nécessaire au développement de thérapies innovantes ciblées ?
