Durch die Beseitigung von Hindernissen und die Bekampfung von Diskriminierung spezieller Menschengruppen kann eine Integration gefordert werden. Da viele Migranten mit Familie kommen, sind auch die Familien zu integrieren, insbesondere die Kinder. Der Erfolg im Bildungssystem, in der beruflichen Ausbildung und auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ist fur die jungen Migranten entscheidend fur ihre spatere berufliche Zukunft und ihre Lebenschancen.4 Wenn in den folgenden Teilen dieser Arbeit von Integration gesprochen wird, so ist damit eine gelungene oder misslungene Einfugung in bestimmte Teilbereiche der Gesellschaft gemeint. Menschen sind gleichzeitig in bestimmten Bereichen inkludiert, in anderen aber exkludieret und folglich mehr oder weniger integriert. In dieser Arbeit wird der Begriff Integration fur die Bereiche Schule, Ausbildung und Berufseinstieg untersucht und benutzt. In dieser Hausarbeit sollen die Zugangsmoglichkeiten zu einer Ausbildung und entsprechende Folgen naher betrachtet werden. Es wurden verschiedene Kommissionen gegründet, um die Integration dieser Menschen zu fördern, Probleme zu erörtern und um Lösungsvorschläge zu erarbeiten. Ein Bericht der „Unabhängigen Kommission Zuwanderung“ enthält folgende Aussagen: „Deutschland braucht Zuwanderinnen und Zuwanderer. Die Steuerung der Zuwanderung nach Deutschland und die Integration der Zugewanderten werden zu den wichtigsten politischen Aufgaben der nächsten Jahrzehnte gehören.“ Dieser großen Aufgabe der Integration muss sich jedes Land stellen, welches Zuwanderung wünscht und zulässt, denn Zuwanderung und Integration bilden eine Einheit. Eine gelungene Integration bedeutet aber, für die in Deutschland lebenden Ausländer und Zuwanderer eine gleichberechtigte Teilnahme am kulturellen, gesellschaftlichen, politischen und wirtschaftlichen Leben gewährleisten zu können. Entscheidend ist hierbei, dass die Ausländer und Zuwanderer ihre kulturellen Identitäten nicht aufzugeben brauchen. Letztendlich entscheiden faire Zugangschancen zu den zentralen Institutionen wie z. Hier stellt sich die Frage nach den Gründen für den geringen Zugang der jungen Migranten zu einer beruflichen Ausbildung und wie ihre Chancen beim Übergang in den Ausbildungsmarkt im Vergleich zu Deutschen ohne Migrationshintergrund sind. Um diese Fragen zu beantworten, werden zunächst die Begriffe Migrationshintergrund, Berufsfindung und Duales System definiert. Im Kapitel 3 wird die allgemeine Schulbildung der jungen Migranten beschrieben und die eventuell damit verbundenen Probleme aufgezeigt. In Kapitel 4 erfolgt eine Beschreibung der aktuellen Situation der jungen Migranten am Ausbildungsmarkt anhand empirischer Studien. Anschließend werden in Kapitel 5 theoretische Bezüge zur Erklärung der möglichen Einflüsse auf die Berufsfindung der jungen Migranten diskutiert. Auf Basis der theoretischen Konzepte und der empirischen Befunde erfolgt in Kapitel 6 eine Diskussion über die Chancen und Probleme der jungen Migranten am Ausbildungsmarkt. Die Arbeit endet mit einem persönlichen Fazit.

Damit kommt der Analyse der Bildungs- und Ausbildungsbeteiligung jugendlicher Migranten immer noch und wieder eine entscheidende Bedeutung in der Frage der Integrationsfortschritte Deutschlands zu, berücksichtigt man auch, dass wir in Deutschland von einem Drittel der Kinder und Jugendlichen sprechen, die einen Migrationshintergrund besitzen. Doch wie sieht konkret die Bildungsbeteiligung jugendlicher Migranten aus? Wie weit greifen hierbei arbeitsmarktpolitische Integrationshilfen? Wo zeigen sich Gründe einer Bildungsbenachteiligung und welche Förderung der Jugendlichen ist in diesem Zusammenhang schließlich möglich? Zur Beantwortung dieser Fragen soll im ersten Teil der Arbeit die Gruppe der jugendlichen Migranten und deren Beteiligung am deutschen Bildungssystem sowie Ausbildungsmarkt untersucht werden. Anschließend werden Hemmnisse der Jugendlichen bei Ausbildungs- und Arbeitssuche aufgezeigt, um im dritten Teil Potentiale und Chancen der Jugendlichen darzustellen, die den Benachteiligungen entgegenwirken können. On the one hand, they reject ascribed cultural attributes while striving towards integration in a variety of social spheres, e.g. school and workplace, in order to achieve social mobility.
