Après une succinte présentation de la spectroscopie Raman et de la spectroscopie Raman exaltée de surface (SERS, surface enhanced Raman scattering), nous présentons une interprétation des résultats obtenus sur les nanotubes de carbone. En particulier, les différents substrats permettant d'obtenir un effet d'exaltation important sont présentés et caractérisés en détail..
