The SWOT Analysis—Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats—is a commonly-known strategic planning tool for organizational development with probable causes and effects when implementing a strategy or an initiative (see Bordum, 2010; Panagiotou & van Wijnen, 2005).
