Those studes are required for preparation of the Projects's license application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. This document refers to the set of FERC studies as "Initial Study Report", but various versions of the studies are published under different names. The latest FERC studies and their supplements were published October 2015 to October 2016, and are called "Study Completion Reports," "2014 Study Implementation Reports," or "2014-2015 Study Implementation Reports," and all such studies are intended to be covered by the term "Initial Study Report" in this document.
