About The AuthorGrowing up in Baltimore, Maryland obese and depressed, Jay, struggled as a youth to fit into society and everyday life. He was often times picked on and made fun of for his short and round stature. Jay reached his breaking point in November of 2016 and decided to make a commitment to himself figure out how to once and for all lose weight, build muscle, and live a healthier lifestyle. From that day forward, Jay, began to educate himself on the sound principles of nutrition and exercise science.
