Hemos hecho amigos, hemos reído, reñido e incluso nos hemos peleado por ella. Por suerte, los centros educativos están cada día mejor dotados para la práctica deportiva, pero no siempre ha sido así. Tenían pocos recursos y entre los pocos que existían siempre estaban algunas pelotas, de diferentes características y en mejor o peor estado, con las que podíamos “trabajar”. Esto nos ha esforzado a sacar el máximo rendimiento del poco material de que disponemos. Este libro, en parte, es consecuencia de dicha situación. A lo largo de los años he ido poniendo en práctica juegos con grupos y con una sola pelota. Unos ya conocidos, otros con ligeras variantes de los anteriores y otros que han ido surgiendo de la imaginación, con el fin de trabajar las diferentes habilidades y como diversión a motivación para los alumnos. De la recopilación de estos juegos ha nacido esta obra que, creo que, aunque ya disponemos de suficiente material puede ser de gran utilidad e interés para el trabajo con grupos. Todos los juegos están estructurados de una forma práctica y sencilla. En cada uno se indica primero el lugar, exponiendo el sitio más apropiado para realizarlo (sitios llanos, cerrados, con o sin limitaciones, ...). En el material, como ejemplo imprescindible, y como pase y eje de todos los juegos está la pelota. Esta varía según las características de cada juego, así como el material necesario que acompaña a cada uno de ellos. Como objetivos de cada juego el principal y común a todos es la diversión, poco aporta un juego, si no es divertido. Como cometidos secundarios está el aprendizaje y asimilación de las diferentes habilidades (pases, recepciones, golpeos, paradas, lanzamientos....). En el desarrollo se indica como distribuir la zona de juego a los participantes y el cómo se juega. Después están las normas que especifican más el desarrollo del juego. Algunas se acompañan de ligeras variantes o anotaciones. La agrupación de los juegos está en función de la similitud o funcionalidad de los mismos. La clasificación es la siguiente: • Juegos de presentación memorización. Está encauzados principalmente a la presentación de personas que aun no se conocen. Son muy útiles, por ejemplo, para animadores socio-culturales cuando tienen que trabajar con grupos de personas procedentes de diferentes lugares. • Juegos de memorización aprendizaje. Destinados principalmente a la enseñanza en la asimilación de contenidos. Se pueden aprender muchos contenidos a través de este tipo de juegos, con la posibilidad de poder adaptarlos a diferentes niveles de conocimientos. • Juegos de animación. Es un gran bloque de juegos en el que prima es la variedad y la diversión. Pueden servir de transferencia para otros juegos más complejos y para diferentes habilidades y destrezas. • Juegos predeportivos de fútbol, balonmano, baloncesto, béisbol, rugby, con red o en el agua. Sirven de transferencia para la asimilación y dominio en el trabajo de las diferentes habilidades deportivas.
